As a rule, Hartnett Dental is excellent, however, my recent cap replacement did not go well, due to an inexperienced dentist who was not familiar with the technology used in the office. What should have been a two or three hour appointment became 5 hours, culminating in his misplacement of the new cap and necessitating a return visit for a completely new cap.
