Dr. Hartnett has been my dentist for 30 years and I actually enjoy going to the dentist. His office staff greet me and make me feel like I am very important person and that they are happy to see me as a person first and then a patient. Dr. Tom has taken wonderful care of my teeth. He is always relaxed and happy to be helping me. My teeth are in excellent condition now. He and his entire office staff are the best.
Very customer service focused. Makes every effort to accommodate patients schedules. Love the 7 am appointments.
