Carlos Alamonte arrived on time and quickly found the wasp nest, even though it was hidden in the wall. He took great care of my safety the whole time. He immediately took care of the problem, all the while explaining to me what he was doing and how dangerous wasps can be. I am extremely pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.
