RecommendedTo Miriam, Angie, Dr. Quan and the rest of the WVERC team. Thank you. I brought my dog Elmer there Saturday 8/15 for ingesting something. Miriam was extremely calm and helped my anxiety and quickly took Elmer inside. Angie and Dr. Quan worked with him throughout the night. RecommendedTook my dog here after discovering he'd eaten 60 100-mg rimadyl tablets. They were prompt at clearing out his stomach and taking proactive precautions as we didn't know when they'd been ingested. Kept me up to date and because of their care he's home and we'll. Highly recommend.
RecommendedI brought my (outdoor cat — a HUGE hunter) to be seen b/c she was panting heavy and had lost a lot of weight. The Dr. checked her out and prescribed an antibiotic. I very much appreciate that they understood I was unable to pay for higher cost tests. They took such loving care of Marshmallow — who made a full recovery!
RecommendedI am beyond happy with this vet!! Opie had 5 seizures yesterday and that's way too many. They got me right in after I called EVERY vet office in my area, with no luck. The tech that took Opie in was super cool & understanding about Opie being a little different (making intense eye contact with humans, his talking, etc) (I have had other vets literally tell me Opie makes them nervous. RecommendedMy 9 year old dog had been steadily declining since a Lyme disease diagnosis from her regular vet. I called these folks because they had been wonderful to my friends cat last year. They treated myself and my dog the best way possible. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. It was so hard having to leave my dog with the covid precautions in place. I had a pretty serious emergency with my four month old kitten, I was referred here from my vet since due to covid-19 her surgeon wasn’t available in her office. RecommendedI cannot even begin to express how wonderful the staff is. I first came a few months ago with my dog, who unfortunately passed. The staff gave her the best possible end of life care and made sure her human family felt comforted and care for. We recently brought our cat to the center and they did a wonderful job managing his care and answering all our questions at all hours of the day, while dealing with the coronavirus outbreak.
