Management and staff lazy We are current residents and have had to call the office multiple times on our neighbor for being really loud and they have done nothing. We have called the police multiple times at night for noise complaints and then when he decided to shoot a gun and break his window a piece of glass the size of a dinner plate fell into the bush in front of our building. DONT MOVE HERE. TRASHY APARTMENTS Management is horrible. They don't care about their tenants, they brush you off. Trash always overflowing. Pool is always closed. The price you pay is ridiculous compared to upkeep. Maintenance is HORRIBLE EVEN ON THE UPGRADED UNITS!!!!!
Its ok Not a bad place to live. Some problems I encounter include nearby gunshots frequently, pot smoke smell in your vent from neighbors, non-functional dryer, or washers because they were vandalized. Connections an outlets placed in weird spots. Staff is always friendly, this place has potencial.
Worst place to live EVER There is dog crap and trash everywhere. The dumpsters are always over flowing. The maintenance is slow, lazy and never actually fixes a problem. Just band aids it. There is mold throughout the buildings. The office staff is rude and complete idiots. There is NEVER is hot water. The water is cut off sometimes for days at a time. Not worth the price gouging rent that they charge for this crap hole. All of Bella Terra needs to be condemned.
Worst apartments ever !!! They will charge you late fees and tell you that you can move out then say you broke your lease then try to ensure nobody will rent to you the place is also filled with drug head's not a good place for families my car got towed and someone broke into my trunk and stole all my tools and speakers.Management is rude and lazy aswell save yourself the trouble
