He made what would have been a very difficult experience into a pleasant one, with his excellent bedside manner. He was very kind and reassuring. Great experience! From the time I checked in until the time I left everyone was cooperative, friendly, and engaging. Dr. Lytle was absolutely terrific in how he communicated with me and handled the procedure. I highly recommend this office as well as Dr. Lytle
Recently I needed to have implants. I was apprehensive even though it was my 4th and 5th implants . Dr. Don Nickchevich set down and without feeling rushed he made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was seamless and very compassionate. The staff was very focused and very light and happy even though they were working into lunch time and were starving. A wonderful practice where I’ve been a patient for about 20 years. Kind, caring, very professional & a terrific staff. I have several dental implants that have been great for years. Very personable Dr. Don Nikchevich has been truly innovative with my dental concerns. I am very happy with the attention, care & especially services that I’ve had with the group. I would & do recommend them often, with confidence & gratitude.
As always Westlake Oral was such a peaceful experience today. The reception, nurses and Dr. Newton are so professional, kind and compassionate. This is our family's 3rd procedure to date and we have been happy every time. They go above and beyond and even call to check up a few hours later.
The office staff was extremely helpful very pleasant lots of smiling it was a good experience and I thought my doctor was wonderful and he paid attention to me and listen to what I had to say and I have always required more anesthetic because I’m redhead and it worked absolutely marvelous his name is Michael L Newton I recommend him highly highly highly highly thank you

This was my first visit with them and I have not had my procedure yet but everyone in the office was so welcoming and kind. They eased my nerves a ton and the dr explained everything to help me understand what I would be going through when the time comes. The dr was kind and cheery and it made my first experience very nice.
