This was my first orthopedic visit ever. As far as I'm concerned, I was greeted with a smile upon arrival, checked in quickly, taken to the back in a timely manner, and treated professionally from my xrays up through out the installment of braces. Maria consistently asked if I wre comfortable and ok and she made this visit very comforting. I was explained my fees and options. As long as things continue to go this way, i believe my next 24mos should be fine!

I have been a patient at Westrock Orthodontics for the past 4 years and I love it. The entire staff is very friendly and they always greet you with smiles on their faces. The woman working with my daughter called her a him or he, and my daughter doesn't look like a dude, boy, or man; after being told my daughter's name is Reichael. She could have educated me as the parent of the do's and do not's for braces. My daughter didn't receive the little mirror to see inside of her mouth. Otherwise, I guess things went well.
