RecommendedDef the best place to get braces. I have had braces 2x and both my boys had braces while where we got ours done was great, they didn't take the time to explain everything to us and make sure we didn't leave without having all our questions answered. Westrock is also patient with my combined type ADHD child who also is picky with textures.

RecommendedMy son just got his braces removed today!! The staff at the Springfield office are beyond friendly. They are knowledgeable and have been patient with every question I've asked. Ive never left this place with a doubt or question that wasn't answered. They've went above and beyond to help my child feel comfortable inside the office as well as after he's left. Thank you to ALL the staff and Dr. Amy, we've grown to love yall and it's bitter sweet having to say goodbye!
RecommendedYes!!!! We had went to another orthodontist office first and were not impressed. Westrock was AMAZING!! They worked with us on payments made my daughter feel so relaxed explained the process of the treatment with videos and all.
