Communication is TRASH! So glad we’re about to be done with this nonsense. Couple of occasions where I’ve shown up for appointments that I KNOW they’ve given because I literally put them in my phone as soon as they’re scheduled, just to show and be told the appointment was changed and this information was coming from an apparently outdated, unreliable TEXTING SYSTEM.

2 to 4 months before you can get an appt. Finally get an appt and have to wait over 2.5 hrs to actually be seen. Horrible customer service. Won’t return phone calls.
WestRock is so sorry do not take your kids there, I took my daughter to the one in Joneboro to get her wire Retainer fixed and know one in the clinic knew how to fix it, they was ruled and when they did find someone to so call fix it , she didn’t remove the old glue before Fixing it.
