Everyone is so nice to my Ralphie and he gets the attention that I want and like....I’m very happy we go there!! Doctor Trapp is super & he loves her. That’s what’s important to me.

We have been using West Side Animal Hospital for about 2 years and have had excellent care in regards to our dogs. They have been very professional, accommodating and truly care for our Katie and Peanut like their own! If you are looking for primary care (not emergency) vet then I would not hesitate to bring them here!

Our cat wasn't eating, and had not been eating much for a couple of weeks. Our prior vet didn't seem to even want to check her, and seemed genuinely bothered whenever we reached out to get her pain meds (the only thing helping her eat) refilled. We took her to Westside, whose staff treated us and her with compassion, and eventually helped us figure out the problem. I thoroughly believe she either wouldn't be with us now, or would still be on pain meds, without their help.

Amazing staff and Dr. Trapp is Tucker’s hero� he was very sick a few years ago and she saved his life. We’ve received nothing but excellent care since then and words can’t express our gratitude. You guys are awesome! He had to have two teeth pulled today but he’s not complaining about the wet food diet for the next few days. ;)
