Listen to the pet owners. We aren't veterinarians, but we know our pets better than you do. Stop recommending excessive services, it feels like taking my car in for an oil change at a sleazy car dealership offering to top up my blinker fluid. I don't need to know veterinary medicine, but I need to be able to trust you to offer sound advice.
