I know there is a lot of chaos right now but I made an appointment a few weeks ago for my puppies first visit didn’t get the paperwork to fill out ahead of time got there early still had to wait the person that I interacted with was rude I did exactly what she told me to do still had to wait which is OK I understand but she didn’t need to be rude to me made me feel beneath her I was just taking my puppy for his first visit it should have been a happy simple experience ..... made a call and went across town to Asher half the... read more
Great staff, great doctors, you can tell the whole staff enjoys their jobs and really cares about each pet. The only thing is there’s a long wait even with an appointment the times I’ve been there I’ve waiting a long time.
I wasn't going to write this review...but then I kept getting coupon emails in my inbox and I just got so damned mad that I decided I had to write it. For Simba. This place...was wonderful. All the way up until I brought my 3 year old, otherwise healthy male cat who was a regular patient in for an abscessed paw. Worst mistake of my poor babies life. They lanced it, but there wasn't much in it, so the vet, who wasn't our regular vet decided to leave a drain tube in...FOR 5 DAYS and, without asking me first which I might add, ... read more

Can't believe you turned away one of your patients that was having a true eye emergency! All because you closed in 30 minutes!!! Shame, shame, shame. Maybe you need to reevaluate why you became a vet in the first place! Hopefully, the 2 year old doesn't loose his eye!
Terrible customer service. Canceling appointments 20 minutes in advance. They do not take any form of criticism well.
