We recently had our entire home restored after a fire. Jon was so helpful in the entire process selecting the hardwood, carpet and tiles for the various areas. Jon is very knowledgeable and spent the time with us to insure we would be happy with the products we chose. The tradesmen that installed the flooring and tile where very professional and did a quality job from prep to clean up. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job when they said it would be done. Nothing but positive comments for these folks.
First of all wonderful service from Westvalley. Worked with Jeff even when he was on vacation. He made the experience so easy and was very helpful. Love the finished product in our home. Secondly I would recommend Mo, David and Celebi to all of my friends and family if ever in need of carpet installation. I had my condo floor redone with laminate flooring for resale. I was told it would a 3 day job , but was told the installers did not work on weekends, so it was 5 days causing me to lose another day of work. They also did NOT LEVEL the sub-flooring so now it feels loose in areas as you walk on it. Now they don't want to come back and fix it. I'm giving them a 2nd chance to fix it before calling some one else.
FROM CHRIS AT STORE LEVEL TO INSTALLATION BY CURTIS, THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS FIRST CABIN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WE WILL NOT CONSIDER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THE NEXT PROJECT.
Jon Devlin listened to what we needed our new flooring to do, and gave advice as to product that would suit those needs and fit our budget. He came out and assessed the basement floor in our old house and was thorough with the estimate. The time line for delivery and installation of the floor was met. The installers were thorough and did and excellent job at preparing the surface and the installation was very smooth. We are very pleased with our new basement floor!
We had the pleasure of dealing with Ray, who went above and beyond to help us locate our existing floor so that we could match the flooring to a master bedroom addition we are currently having done. I anticipated this being a headache of a job but Ray was so knowledgeable and efficient, he really made it easy for us to move onto the next item on the list. We wish that everyone we deal with is as wonderful as him and his team. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
I recently had a leak in the basement from a faulty connection on the water conditioning unit. Needless to say there was a lot of water seepage that not only ruined the cork flooring I had installed only six years prior, as well as into the rec room which totally soaked the carpet that was in there. Trevor, the installer from Westvalley did an absolutely amazing job of putting down new cork flooring throughout the basement including the closets and laundry room, as well as the careful job he did to remove all the baseboard... read more
