The staff is really awesome and accommodating, from the front door to wait staff, it always is a great service experience. Westville Chelsea is my neighborhood go to for an everyday honest meal that is healthy. Food is always fresh and well portioned and priced.
We typically order from this place and once in a while pop in for dinner. I was dining solo tonight, and sat at the bar. The bartendress was so nice, with a welcoming smile. She even managed to help a very young baby avoid disaster as she (unaccompanied by a parent) tried to sneak her way into the bar. The woman made sure the child was safe, without missing a beat! Talk about a great employee! Wonderful at her job and keeping everyone safe!
Westville Chelsea never disappoints — from the greeters/reservationists to the servers, runners and fantastic kitchen. What a treat!
Such a cute spot! Food was great and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back on my next trip to NYC!

Great food (the empanadas, the Brussels sprouts, the yuca fries!) and friendly and kind staff. Would absolutely return.
Fabulous. Waitress Iris and host/manager went above and beyond to make our meal pleasurable. The restaurant—and especially this location—is a gem. Food was delicious, too.
I can't remember the name of the wait staff who helped us, but she has shortish, curly red hair and she's AWESOME. she's helped us 2x now and everytime she's been great, super accommodating of all our annoys requests, attentive with refills and all around fantastic! I hope Westville does everything that they can to keep her happy and want to keep working there, bec she's great and makes ppl want to keep coming back to this specific Westville. Bring back the Veggie Burger! No longer can I visit Westville for lunch, or dinner without their delicious Veggie Burger being available. It quite literally was my favorite burger to eat in NYC and now its gone.
