I have always loved this place. Never disappointed here! (Oh except when they took their delicious kale dish off the menu).
Very nice place, good and healthy food, mixed guests (also families)
After finding most restaurants in the dumbo area would be unable to seat us without a reservation I was able to quickly grab a reservation here. Loved the variety of farm to table vegetables available on the menu that evening. They also had some nice handcrafted cocktails and a well stocked bar. My husband had the grilled chicken with two sides and I had one of the specials - trout piccata with grilled asparagus and kale polenta - delicious! For dessert I had the whoopie pie which was banana and Nutella evening.
I love Westville! I will keep coming back to all of their locations - this was my first time at the Dumbo location, and I was pleased with the quality of the food and service.
The food a and service were very good. I arrived at about 5:40 and waited for my friend until 6:10 but was seated immediately and the hosts and servers were friendly. The noise level is a little more that I appreciate but it's getting almost impossible to find a restaurant anywhere in New York where one can have a conversation so that's not unusual.

We went back a second time because the first was so darn good. We were not disappointed. Twice I enjoyed the Westville Cobb salad which has chicken, avocado, bacon & blue cheese — delish. Everyone else’s dishes at neighboring tables looked yummy so we filed them away for the future. The waitstaff is incredibly nice & accommodating. There’s indoor seating and outdoor & a porch which is the best of both worlds. All around Westville Dumbo is a lovely experience. Oh, and try the roasted cauliflower!

Food was excellent -- vegetables are made with taste and pride Time to deliver food to table was longer than expected -- thankfully we had a two hour buffer until concert we were planning to see so did not feel rushed, but did feel famished when the food finally arrived.
