The food wasn’t terrible, but a person in our group found a staple in his birria sandwich.

I was not able to dine at Westville. I booked a reservation and showed up for a work lunch and they told me they did not have my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation on open table. They did nothing to help the situation.
Awful experience with a rude waitress. Their system was down and she was not nice to us

Terrible food, presentation and service. Two servers For the entire reataurant. And non responsive snd slow. I used to go there for good vegan based food and althpough totallynlacking in decor the food Used to ne reasonable. I would not recommend Westville to anyone. Now

Great food. But we never got a visit asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. We had to get up to go to the bar to get some napkins & hot sauce because our waitress never came back to our table once getting our order.

I sat at the bar. The bartender was preoccupied, and not there to serve her clients. She was complaining with one of the waitress about being overworked. It was a miserable experience!

On November 4th, we dined in for my girlfriend’s birthday. Our server, Samantha L, was extremely inattentive as well as unfriendly with us as opposed to other tables. I’d like to point out that my girlfriend was the only person of color that was dining in the restaurant at the time. She didn’t check on us, our food was brought out cold, and she was very uninviting towards us. Her attitude towards all other tables was the opposite.
