5 Star : My Experience Westway ford did a fabulous job repairing the damage done to my door! My car looks brand new and they were kind enough to detail my car too. I was kept up to date with the whole process. The team was incredibly time efficient, I dropped off my car on a Monday and got it back Friday the same week. Super thankful for all their hard work and awesome communication!
4 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Overall pretty good, but there's a small blemish on the clear coat on the upper right side of the trunk, and the trunk hinges are stickier and takes a lot more Force to close than before the accident. I think some of hinges are still a little out of alignment 5 Star : Customer Service The lady who ran points on this for me was exceptionally communicative and very nice.

I would have liked a little bit more of an update system throughout it, but it was still an absolutely amazing experience and I deeply enjoyed them cleaning the car prior to returning it.
