Current manager, Becca, is very rude and unprofessional. Has bad repore with resident and community. Owner of property is very tight and will not put out money to upgrade the property.There is alot of water issues, Constantly having water shut off for repairs. He seeks to have a all white community. The parking lot has lots of holes and needs repair. The management is always changing, 3...
The other negative reviews pretty much sum it up. Years later, still the same story.
Don't trust or believe these people. This is a awful place. Owner is awful. Management is awful. BUGS, WATER ARE HUGE PROBLEMS. DO NOT RENT HERE.
Lived here for a little over a year. If you don't mind major bug problems, rude office staff, mold galore, poor parking facilities, and broken water lines all of the time, then you will have a great place to live here. However, they do have a lot of problems (as listed above)!!!! I would never live here again!!!!!
ONCE AGAIN, THE WATER IS OUT!!!!!! 2ND TIME IN LESS THAN A MONTH. HELLO?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hell hole.
