Vanessa and her team made the entire process so easy. Any questions we had were answered either immediately or within a few hours. We ran into a time sensitive issue with an offer that was due by 4pm on Easter and we looked at the house at 2pm. Vanessa was able to get an approval letter to us on a holiday within the hour.
