Jennifer was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout. There were just so many unknowns and changes throughout and it made getting to closing quite cumbersome and difficult at times. There were some hiccups at times and changes made that although well intended could have been disastrous for my loan. In the end Jennifer made things right, which I truly appreciate and is the reason I "may" recommend GoMortgage to others as things do happen and are not always within the control of an individual, but some are.
