Brandon explained all the terms and conditions very clearly. He walked through the whole loan process in detail without rushing through. Brandon answered all my emails and phone calls promptly. Brandon explained the various costs and numbers that were part of the loan. In one case there was a charge that I could not understand. Brandon immediately acknowledged that it was a erroneous charge and got it removed immediately.
