Our lender was fantastic. No matter the day, nor the time he was always available and more importantly willing to to help. If something want working for us then he would come up with a different strategy. He was interested just as much as we were in helping us getting under contract with a home.

Sam & his team were always responsive to any questions we had and they responded in a timely manner. I think they are Excellent to work with. I gave Sam an "Excellent" rating on questions 1 and 4, but I'm not sure if this survey accepted those responses.
