It was a very good experience. A little more education up front would have been better. We never felt deceived or tricked into something we couldn't afford but there were times where we felt rushed into something before we were emotionally ready. We are glad that we did, we love our home, but slowing down every now and then would have helped us feel a little less stressed in the beginning.
