Everything was great overall. One minor irritation. Towards the end when we had to auto sign documents, on occasion we received reminders/task messages from multiple people. This was annoying because each reminder/message required a trip to the web site to see if we had any outstanding tasks, only to find that we were up to date. Theresa was great, others should just leave it to her.
