Jennifer and her team of Nick and Dustin took our last minute application on 8/6/21 and had us ready to settle on 8/31/21, with lots of help and communication along the way! Plus we found the staff extremely accessible to and supportive of us. We had left another lender because they could not guarantee funds on the closing date! This group has our thanks and admiration! Everybody that works there was very pleasant, understanding, and helped me out with all my questions I had about the paperwork I needed to give to them. If we talked over the phone about any paperwork they also sent it to me in an email so I could actually look at it and remember what I needed to do. Thank you so much for explaining things to me/us that I didnt understand.
