I have financed a lot of homes in my life and dealt with many finance companies. Pacific Residential Mortgage Co. was by far the most professional, thorough and personal than any of the previous companies I used. Timm Ready always had the answers to my questions but he also took the time to explain the reason why. I am probably not done buying homes as I tend to move a lot, but I will not have to look for another financial lending company.
