When putting in an offer on our new home, the seller's requested a 30 day close. I'm happy to say that Don and his team did a great a job of getting our loan processed in a timely manner. Everything was completed ahead of schedule. Communication from Don was great in regards to explaining the terms of the loan and the steps involved along the way. He was always responsive and took the time to answer any questions in detail. I'm was very pleased with the entire process.
