Pam and her team were always available and timely with responses. They would def be good for a first time inexperienced buyer. I didn’t ask too many questions but I’m sure they could answer any question if you did have them. Their rates are competitive, not the best, but having a local person available when needed is nice. It’s a shame they sell most of their loans to other lenders because I’d like to keep the relationship going long term. But they told me early on my loan would be sold

Communication was excellent. I received prompt replies to calls and emails. My questions were answered in a timely manner. I cannot stress enough how important this is. Also, and this is a BIG deal: everyone was patient and polite. I never felt as if I was getting rushed to get off the phone, when I asked questions. The progress indicator on the emails was good.
