the financing conditions were great, the technical knowledge of the advisor was outstanding, clear explanations, committed, obviously a solid business partner. There was however a very significant delay in closing, a number of questions, misunderstandings, verification processes, which I reckon may not have been under the control of our advisor, but at the end of the day, the experience was painful in that it took an abnormal amount of time to close, compared to my previous experiences.
