Sam was very helpful and guided us through the loan process. He also spent the time needed with me to make sure I understood the terms in the documents and what each document was for. Also, there wasn't a lot of difference between what was estimated and actual numbers by closing. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would not hesitate to do business with him again (note: this is my second time so far). Sam is at the top of my list.

Jennifer was informative but not pushy. She was quick and responsive and got our refi done promptly. This is the second time we have used Jennifer and we couldn’t be happier. The first time she saved us from near disaster when our mortgage broker couldn’t close our loan with just 2 weeks until closing. Jen stepped in. Requested what she needed to get started. Pushed to get everything done in time and we were still able to close on our original closing date. We refer her to everyone we know!
