My only concerns were lack of communication between all parties. Lender, realator & borrower. I was impressed that this lender could do what no other lender could. With that being said having excellent credit but being self employed no banks want to work with you. This lender was able to show income that would otherwise be used as right offs.

All Banking and finance requirements required more than once and a letter was required stating I own my cell phone? Not sure of the significance of that.
