We just put our precious 3 year old dog down today. I can't truly express how amazing this clinic was to us over the last week. The support and love shown to our dog and to us was truly beautiful. They listened, handled our tears and distress with so much compassion. Their quick responses and help through a truly shocking week was amazing. I have been using Whatcom Veterinary Hospital for over 5 years. I am actually a Vet Tech, and I am very pleased with how well the whole staff cares, and takes care of their patrons and the families. Even with how busy they are, they take time to let you know what your options are, from the least expensive to the no-stops options. They are very generous, and easy to talk to, and treat you like family. This is the third veterinary office that I tried, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I love that this clinic loves my dog and yet has a common sense approach to animal care. They give options for care, from the less expensive but still caring option to the expensive, no-holds-barred option for care. Their pricing seems to be reasonable. And they were really helpful when I needed a signed note about her vaccinations for crossing the border. I love the vets that work here.
Dr.Aupperley is the best the staff is wonderful....We won't take our fur baby to anyone else
I take my cats and dog to Whatcom Vet to see Dr. Thrasher and I love this clinic! The staff is so friendly, I never have to schedule appointments very far out (for more emergency situations or for routine stuff), and Dr. Thrasher is amazing, always willing to answer my hundreds of questions and explain things to me. Make an appointment, you won’t regret it!
