Was disappointed for over 2.5 hours of routine cleaning appointment. The cleaning process was efficient and nicely done but the waiting time for Dr examination was extremely long. Resulted unnecessary missed work times.
Dr. Kim Nguyen is fabulous. The staff are all courteous and helpful. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Wheaton Dental!
Dr. Kim - Thanks for the extraordinary efforts is discovering and fixing that decaying crowned tooth and taking the time to correct the problem. Due to the compressed time of our leaving soon to spend the holidays with our two sons, getting this problem fixed prior to departing was truly appreciated. Very professional and always on time
Would never go anywhere else. Thess, my dental hygienist, is very thorough. I alwasy leave the clinic happy and pleased. The rest of the staff are very warm and welcoming,
Dr. Anh (as I call her) is simply the best. The attention she gives you makes me relax on the dentist chair. She also loves what she does - you can tell from the service and care she provides.
Highly gifted and skilled Dr. Kim. Very caring and empathetic assistants. Most efficient Office Manager. Dr. Kim and Dr Ann take the time to explain your treatment options. They quietly make whatever financial arrangements that they can to ease burdens. Crissida and Mary are attentive and efficient and Cherridy makes every effort to meet your scheduling needs. The dental chairs are extremely comfortable and a soothing color purple is quieting. In short, I LOVE THIS PRACTICE.!
