Stopped in Solvang on my way to San Luis Obispo for lunch. Found this great place on Yelp. Nice restaurant tucked away in a corner on 442 Atterdag Road. My wife and I had the Brisket dirty fries, Brisket chili and the Smoked Brisket. The food was excellent and the service was great. Good atmosphere. Will definitely come here again.

This place was literally a 2 minute walk from our Airbnb so we stopped here to kill time before being able to check in. The area is so cute. Loved all the plants/flowers everywhere... very nice spot. We were seated right away, host was very friendly. He happily gave us suggestions on where to go and what to do once the town shut down-- though most of the suggestions were bars/clubs and a drive away... we still appreciated it. We considered the options but ultimately succumbed to being old ladies instead lol. Our waitress... read more

A half block off the beaten path, this hidden gem is worth seeking out. They have the best BBQ in the area. I've had the brisket sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich and the beast burger. The food is great, but ask for extra BBQ souse, it's really good. The service is great. Servers are friendly and the food came fast and hot. This is my go-to place in Solvang.

We started with the brisket fries (a little spicy but just right for my taste) then both had steaks, me a filet and him the ribeye. My filet was a little under done but not enough to request a few min longer on the grill. It was tender and well seasoned and the chimichurri was great!
