From the moment I walked into the showroom in Conroe I was treated warmly. After reviewing all the spa options with Margaret and bringing my wife in for a second look we chose the spa we wanted. It was delivered well ahead of schedule. The spot we chose to put the spa made the delivery very difficult, but Sean managed to complete it professionally and efficiently. Martin at Aqua Living had the exact hot tub I was searching for in stock when I called. So I was able to purchase it over the phone on a Saturday and 4 days later it was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it! Great customer service and excellent prices!

I absolutely love this place! We have purchased a hot tub and swim spa through Aqua Living with Marty our salesman and everytime it has been an awesome experience! I highly recommend these guys!

I would send any friend or family member to Marty and his team, after the amazing experience we've had, from start, purchase, delivery, and set-up. Marty was patient and answer questions we had about different models, pricing, add-ons, and more. NEVER did I experience any high pressure sales and when we were ready to purchase (Black Friday Weekend) he even had a sales associate meet us to open the store on Sunday when they were closed. We purchased our Dr Wellness four person hot tub from Aqua Living Factory Outlets spring 2026. The local sales representative was informative and helpful. The hot tub was installed on a six inch level concrete pad and connected by a seasoned, licensed electrician. This electrician installs 2-3 hot tubs per week on average. The electrical installation fully passed the municipal electrical inspection by a licensed inspector. Unfortunately, the breaker on the newly installed service disconnect keeps tripping. WARNING: Purchase our spa 6 months ago and there is a leak. We have been trying to get this issue resolved since May 7, 2026. The first technician never showed up nor did he call. The second technician had to call another technician for assistance. They didn't have the parts needed to repair our spa. So, the solution was drain the spa and then call back so the part can be ordered. So, now I'm paying for a spa that I cannot use.

We apologize that the initially assigned third-party technician was not respectful of your time. We quickly reassigned a new technician to come out and preform a diagnosis. We had preemptively provided parts, but need accurate information to resolve. Utilizing our factory experts is encouraged for field technicians.

I was sold a used hot tub when it was advertised as a brand new hot tub for $9,000. The hot tub came with nicks & scratches and with one side of the hot tub side not functional what so ever. I expressed my concern to them & instead of guiding me through a process i didnt cause they repeatedly asked me to take pictures of the hot tub and requested me to take better angles. Your spa was manufactured three weeks after your order was placed and shipped the following week. You are the first and only owner of the spa. If skirting panel was damaged during transit, it is practical to ask to see the full panel to order a replacement. We apologize for the frustration, but have a technician scheduled to resolve.

I was told 4-6 weeks when unordered it it’s been 12 weeks and it just went into production and now I have to wait another 8-10 business days before it gets shipped which takes another 8-10 business days.they were real helpful to take my money.I have called every 2 weeks for updates.it took 3 weeks to get parts to get it into production.You guys should say all this when selling your product.They lie to get your money and then drag their feet to get it to you.Had I know it would be 4 months to get a hot tub I would of went and... read more
