Amazing company to work with! They are always professional and friendly. From taking the time to find out what my needs/wants were, to making sure I was properly educated on spa maintenance, they have exceeded my expectations. This is the "go-to" company for hot tubs!
Quick response to our issue. Service tech Michael ***** was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We appreciate his services. He even came out on a Sunday and resolved all the issues.
Do noy buy ANYTHING from Aqua Living or LPI ! I'm a disabled Vet stuck at home and can't hardly walk. I paid over $30,000 for a swim-spa to try to get exercise to loose weight before another surgery. Waited a year for it to be made. It was delivered in February, and it's now August, and I still can't use it. Now CEO wants to schedule another month of work on it. Horrible experience with their hard cover. It doesn't close correctly and lets debris in on a daily basis. No solution to the problem from customer service. Stay away from this company. We spent a lot of money only to have something that doesn't work.

When to purchase a spa from Aqua Living was given a quote with discounts and a $1000 payment it left a balance of $7000 for 12 months with zero interest. They sent me over a contract for almost$17,000 over 60 months. Which means they wanted me to pay them $10,000 in interest. I told them to shove it I wanted my deposit of $1000 back which they have not done. We purchased our Dr Wellness four person hot tub from Aqua Living Factory Outlets spring 2026. The local sales representative was informative and helpful. The hot tub was installed on a six inch level concrete pad and connected by a seasoned, licensed electrician. This electrician installs 2-3 hot tubs per week on average. WARNING: Purchase our spa 6 months ago and there is a leak. We have been trying to get this issue resolved since May 7, 2026. The first technician never showed up nor did he call. The second technician had to call another technician for assistance. They didn't have the parts needed to repair our spa. So, the solution was drain the spa and then call back so the part can be ordered. So, now I'm paying for a spa that I cannot use.

I was sold a used hot tub when it was advertised as a brand new hot tub for $9,000. The hot tub came with nicks & scratches and with one side of the hot tub side not functional what so ever. I expressed my concern to them & instead of guiding me through a process i didnt cause they repeatedly asked me to take pictures of the hot tub and requested me to take better angles.
