pre-owned MKX I worked with Jeff and I couldn't be more pleased. He met me in the showroom as I was wealking through the door. He had the car waiting and running in the front, which was great because it was a hot day and he had the air conditioning on. He knew his product well and was able to answer all the questions I had. I know that buying a car can be a long process and was expecting the worst, however to Jeff made it seamless and I got through the sale process faster then I thought.
