It was a great experience from beginning to the end. Derek was very professional and knowledgeable about moving. Then Daniel and his crew did an amazing job moving my family. I was very nervous and hadn’t moved in 15 years. They helped me every step of the way and made it go very smoothly. I would recommend White Glove for any move. They all seemed to go above what I expected and truly put my husband and I at ease.
White Glove was a pleasure to deal with, from Derek, the logistics Coordinator at their Austin headquarters to Dakota and his crew that picked up my purchased item (a large, heavy dining table) at another residence to delivery and setup at my condo. Not only was the crew prompt at both ends, but they were polite and efficient in arranging the table components in my dining room until they were just right. I would deal with White Glove again without hesitation.
Five stars for White Glove for a quick, seamless move out of my furniture items into storage. Daniel and Randon were very professional, courteous, careful and efficient. I recommend them highly for any job where special attention is needed.
I had a great experience today with William and Jordan delivering my patio furniture. They were on time, communicated with me once they were en route, and were quick and professional when setting up the furniture and the furniture covers. Would be happy to work with them in the future!
Horrible customer service, they want you to call and schedule pickups and when you get there they have done nothing to get your items ready. The warehouse are hard workers but the office staff has a lot of work to do to get up to par. Post Response: The company’s response is a total untruth .
