My Bam Bam got sick and needed to be seen around 4 yesterday which is close to closing time for everyone. I called 10 vets including my own and no one would take the time to look at him. But when I called here they told me to bring him right in!! So great full for that!!! We will be switching and using this clinic from now on!! Love how much they care for my boy when he needed it!!!! If I could give more stars I would!!!

We recently changed vets after being with the same vet office for 20 years. We are super impressed with the staff and facilities at White Oaks West. They've taken great care of our fur babies, explain everything and follow up with phone calls and emails. Very pleased with our new vets! :)
