I ordered a product for delivery in 7 to 10 days. Made a phone call at 7 days and told it was on the way. Made a phone call at 10 days and told it would be in in three days. Made the third phone call and told it was not available because of a middle man problem. I guess if you are not ordering a 1k+ order you don't matter. I'd would have been better off going to Lowes.
