I had to have a molar extraction and bone graft done yesterday. I was very scared, but they quickly put me at ease. I had the procedure done under IV sedation. All I remember is talking to Dr Bourland, and then waking up asking if they're really already done!!! Best experience ever, at a dentist. Thank you so much Dr Bourland and staff!
Their insurance verification people have no clue what they are doing and they don’t tell you if you are out of network. I would have never seen this doctor if I only knew. Don’t get yourself into this nightmare by having surgery here. And be wiser than me and contact your insurance company first because these people will deceive you if you are out of network. They just want your money.
