I want to start by highlighting something positive, which is, the dental hygienist we’ve seen in the past was excellent, which is why I’m giving two stars. However, the scheduling staff has made it difficult to continue care at this office. I originally scheduled simple cleanings (no X-rays, no issues) for both myself and my daughter at our last 6-month visit. I came to the office with the expectation of receiving quality care. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I underwent a procedure to have six teeth extracted, and my subsequent pain has been excruciating. Unfortunately, the manner in which my extractions were performed has left me feeling quite upset. Dr. Rist seemed to have difficulty with the procedure, and as a result, I am currently experiencing significant discomfort, which was exacerbated by the extraction process itself.
