On Sunday, November 16th, I went to White Water Express. The employee guided the truck in and immediately waved us forward, placing us extremely close to the vehicle. A few feet in, with soap covering our windshield, our car started shaking. We honked for help. The truck ahead fell off the track and got stuck, and both vehicles hit each other several times before the system was stopped. The car wash is very nice as long as something does not go wrong. Recently I went through the wash with my 2024 Kia Telluride. I heard a pop as I was going through the wash. I went to the drying area to see what the noise was. It turned out to be the rear wiper blade arm. Apparently, the washcloths moving back and forth caught the wiper assembly and broke it. I have unsuccessfully tried for months to cancel my wife's car wash subscription. I physically went into the Keller location to cancel and was told to cancel online. I tried to do it online and the account was not connected to our last name. I have since moved and continue to be charged. My calls go unreturned. My credit card company is siding with them. I want to cancel, why does this need to be so difficult?

My brand new car was severely scratched up here. After filing a complaint am just now receiving a call back over a week later stating it didnt happen there and that their car wash does not have these problems. I took this issue online to find that multiple people are dealing with the same problem from this particular car wash

I was a 5yr member of this car wash. All of a sudden the past 6 months or so it started causing damage to my mirrors by scrapping and causing cut grooves into both mirrors. I initiated an incident claim review with video evidence and with the assistance of the ** at the *************** location which was denied 2x by the corporate office. I used this wash regularly for 4 years with no issues so the positioning of some of the equipment inside the wash has been altered to have all of a sudden started to cause damage. On 4/13/25, as I was directed to enter the wash, I was quite nervous being the guy directing kept looking in the opposite direction while motioning me to drive forward. Upon entering the wash, I felt unusually close to the car in front of me and same for the car behind me. With suds covering my windows, I couldn't see a thing but knew something wasn't right. I cancelled my membership but they continued to take money from my bank account. I tried calling just to find out it's an AI number. I looked up corporate and it's an AI as well, there is no human to talk to. The car wash itself is nice & the employees.

Scratches my paint on the hood very bad when a giant brush went across that area. Not safe for any car.
