I had some issues with my first procedure and the clinic has been exceptional in making sure I am happy with my end result. I'm getting close after my third procedure on one eye. None of the issues were the fault of the doctors but they have stood behind their guarantee and I haven't paid for anything more than my original payment. You will be happy with this clinic, the surgeons, the doctors and the staff!
I took my daughter in for a free consultation yesterday. I was beyond impressed! I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Friendly, organized, on time, no pressure, very informative, comfortable and clean. I can go on and on but I'm sure you get the picture.
Highly recommend Whiting Clinic - I interacted with many staff members both at my consultation in January, day of my procedure on Friday, and on my next day followup - every single person was top notch - comforting, knowledgeable and truly cared about making sure that I had every question answered and was 100% confident in my decision and satisfied with the results. The people are very kind. I got nervous during the procedure and one of the people assisting held my hand and talked me through everything. They reassured me and even gave me some stress balls to ease my stress. They were highly informative during my check in. Answered all of my questions, and the next thing I knew; it was over! I knew I was going to be able to see better, but I'm 20/20 for the first fine in over 20 years. It's an amazing feeling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can now see my son with my eyes.
