I am unable to describe how amazing it is to be able to see without glasses or contacts! It still hasn't fully sunken in! I would highly recommend Whiting Clinic - Dr. Whiting and his staff are absolutely amazing and wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyeballs. It hasn't even been a week yet and everyday my vision becomes sharper and more defined. It was a wonderful experience from the consultation to the actual procedure and through the healing process!
I went in with a -11.5 contact prescription not really thinking I was a candidate. Turns out I was! I did Lasik yesterday. Dr. Whiting was awesome! I was panicking and imagining all the worse-case scenarios due to my high prescription but it worked! I went in today for my 24 hour checkup and I can see 20/20!! I could even read 2 out of 4 on the 20/15 line. I was only corrected to 20/25 with contacts so this is amazing!! Thank you so much Dr. Whiting!!!
Dr Whiting and his staff are one of a kind. The first appointment I had a ton of questions. I had everyone of them answered and felt like I trusted them with my vision because of how open they were to talk about my concerns. LASIK was the best decision I have made and like everyone I kick myself for not doing it sooner. If you are even thinking about it just go check it out. I couldn't be happier about my "high definition vision upgrade!" My thoughts echo exactly what Carina Sarbaugh experienced. Wonderful facility, caring staff, state of the art equipment and a very talented surgeon who had done so many of these that a great outcome is virtually a certainty. In my own case I was very nearsighted and had to wear high index lenses for years.
