RecommendedHad a puncture and it was way worse than I thought..the guy showed me the damage and was a 100% honest .got me a price for new tyre and filled all my others with air..very very pleased ..also fitted me in at very short notice even though they were busy..

Yook 3 staff 3.5 hours to do 4 tyres and tracking and at a cost of £340plus. Only done in that time because I turned up to collect. still didn't rush. This was not what was quoted the day before the tyres were not what was quoted the day before and suddenly I needed 4 new sensor valves as well. only paid because I needed to get to work. would never use again - definitely scammers I they see a woman on her own! Hopefully management will get in touch but doubt it now they have my money!

After further investigation, we found that the tyres were ordered the day before, with the expectation of a delivery around lunchtime the following day. Unfortunately they did not arrive at the usual time, as the Manager informed you. The tyres arrived at 2pm, and we completed the work and invoiced you at 3:13pm. Booked in for oil and filter change.3 staff not wearing overalls spent time under the bonnet looking puzzled.Over 2 hours later was told they could not undo the filter.I had managed it before until age made if difficult,so all I got was an oil change,will not be going there again.

The manager made the decision to stop work to prevent damage to your car. You were informed and offered a discount, despite our mechanics spending more time on your car than planned. We believe no further investigation is needed. We apologise for not being able to complete the work as required, but we believe we made the right decision to stop to prevent any damage being caused.
Avoid this shocking, run down, place. One member of staff has no training to be a tyre fitters she used to be a care assistants! I mean can you believe that...??
