I am not exactly a cigar connoisseur. I smoke the occasional cigar on the golf course and special events. This place is close to my work and I needed some cigars for a golf trip. I was greeted politely at the door and admitted to them that I knew very little. They easily could have ripped me off, but instead a gentleman named Alvin walked me through the humidor, and picked out some banger cigars that were extremely reasonably priced. This is the most friendly and amazing Wild Bill's I've been to. I won't go to any other one, not saying anything bad because the other Wild Bill's I've visited, I've never really experienced issues, etc. but this exact Wild Bill's is my 🔝 favorite!! I absolutely love this Wild Bill's! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The selection of products is top-notch. I appreciate how well-organized the store is and the great prices they offer on everything. It’s always a pleasure shopping here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.
I love this place every time I walk in there. I get my service done so fast and the customer services are wonderfully polite helpful sweet kind very welcoming. I really love that. My favorite girl in there, always positive and loving I would give Janelle five star all day
Major complaint They close too early. good place to go with friends. Or decompress after work they have a very large humidor with lots to choose from. Or just ask Hannah to surprise you it's always good to try something new.
