Probably the nicest one I’ve been to. Colleen helped me out with a different flavor geek bar I haven’t tried before. Also the lounge is very relaxing especially with the dim lights. And to make it better, it’s nice going to a bathroom without a clogged toilet. It’s like you’re at a 5 star restaurant getting treated like you’re royalty. Great experience honestly
Colleen is consistently professional, kind, and incredibly helpful every time I stop in. She has a calm, confident presence and always seems to have everything under control, even during busy times. It’s clear that both customers and staff respect her, and she naturally steps up to keep things running smoothly. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and sets a great example for others.
This is my favorite smoke shop to go. They almost always have my preferred brand of cigarettes in stock, and in the very rare instances where they don’t have it in stock, the employees are always quick to suggest an alternative brand for right around the same price point that I’m looking to spend. Emma, Colleen, and Chris are fantastic! They always greet me with a smile and hello as soon as I enter the store, they’re super friendly and knowledgeable on everything in the store.
I love this place. Best selection in the area for Glassware and Metal plus accessories! What prompts my review today after many times being there is I was trying to see if he had an organizational box for my *herbs* and he did not. He did however sell me some cigar boxes that are way cooler than anything I could have bought. Very very happy with not only the customer service, but the beautiful women that work there don't hurt. My goto from now on for everything.
All the employees there are so sweet! And very welcoming when you walk in. It definitely makes you feel welcomed. Emma, Ashlynn and Colleen are very hard workers too!
