Kudos to Luke ******* and the Wildwood Roofing Co. I am impressed and relieved with the installation process of obtaining a roof on my house. We had our roof replaced last year by Wildwood Roofing. Since then, there has been a leak in our garage. We have had to have them come out twice since then to address the leak, but it still hasnt been fixed. We continually call them to have it fixed once and for all, but they either dont answer or make it a low priority. In addition to this, the flashing wasnt installed correctly behind the siding which is probably why we have the leak. I had Wildwood Roofing handle a roof and gutter install at my business location, and while they did a great job on the actual project, their customer care was severely lacking.I communicated with them upfront, making it clear that we would be open during the installation and was assured they would be mindful of our guests by not throwing roofing and gutter materials near the front entrance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Hired Wildwood Roofing to replace roof and gutters Feb/Mar 24. They ordered and installed the wrong size gutters, and left a hole in my siding causing water to come into my house! They were non responsive for days, weeks went by before they sent someone out who NAILED PLASTIC AND 50 NAILS into my brand new shingles where there wasnt a leak, causing more damage! BUYER BEWARE!!! There are plenty of roofers out there. Wildwood started off fine in Nov 2023. They were bought out mid-way through my roof, gutter, and door replacement. Give you an idea, they finally finished all the work by April 24. No communication. Blow you off for weeks. Their internal office doesn't talk to each other. I would rate this company zero stars.We hired Wildwood Roofing at end of May 2023 to perform house repairs from a hailstorm, the repairs were not completed until February 2024. We were told by our contractor that Wildwood Roofing would handle all repairs which included working with insurance for approval for supplement amounts, hiring vendors to complete projects and that he (Wildwood Roofing) would let us know that status of all jobs. Wildwood came to replace the roof. However, 6 months went by and they never sent me an invoice. However, I reached out to them to get the invoice. Then they sent it. However, they immediately decided to put a lien against my house. Even though I just got the invoice. Not sure how them not billing me for 6 months is my fault.
