I have taken my cars to Wilhelm for at least 20 years or more. They are always courteous and treat you with respect. They listen to your problem unless you just need a regular service, and explain any problems when needed. I always feel I know what they are doing and don't feel ripped off. 83rd Avenue is the best. The waiting room is like home to me. Very relaxing place to just wait.
Wilhelm is my go-to neighborhood repair shop. They were quick, efficient, and are willing to work with you when funds are tight. They always tell you everything they find that is having issues, warn you when things are starting to go bad, and will be honest in their evaluation of whether it is time to get a new car or if it is worth continuing to pay for repairs to your old one. With my Tucson, they have done a fantastic job. That is why I keep coming back. This service was great.
